    DCS - 15L Flow Scale Product Description
    1. Scope of application
    DCS-15L electronic flow scale is a high-speed quantitative metering equipment that is applied to granular materials with good fluidity and can achieve better feed control. It is suitable for the measurement of production raw materials in grain processing, chemical enterprises, grain depots, ports, etc.
    2. Features
    1. Specially designed three-sensor support. This structure eliminates the problems of stress point offset and signal distortion caused by uneven distribution of materials in the weighing hopper.
    2. The specially designed sensor and airtight working chamber of the cylinder completely isolate the corrosion and wear of the cylinder and sensor by rice flour, dust, and water vapor, which greatly prolongs the trouble-free operation time of the equipment.
    3. There are manual and automatic control modes, which can be manually operated to control the feeding and feeding mechanisms respectively, so as to facilitate the cleaning of agglomerated and blocked materials. After the "target value" setting is determined, the operator only needs to start the "automatic" button, and the flow scale will automatically enter the continuous "measurement and discharge" operation immediately.
    4. The international advanced high-precision weighing sensor and quantitative controller are adopted. The controller adopts a high-performance A/D converter with a conversion rate of 240 times/s and an input sensitivity of 0.5μν/d. The measurement accuracy is high and the stability is good.
    5. It has automatic output statistics, printing and data communication functions.
    6. The parts in contact with the material are made of stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and prolongs the service life of the equipment.
