ZDJ-1800 secondary bagging machine product description
1. Equipment introduction
ZDJ-1800 secondary bagging machine is part of the automatic
packaging, bagging and palletizing production line. It is used in
conjunction with automatic bag sewing in the production line to
complete the secondary bagging work of manual bagging, automatic
bagging and bag sewing. It can realize ( 5-10 ) kg double-sided
packaging semi-automatic bagging, and can realize ( 5-10 ) kg
double -sided packaging products to switch back and forth by
adjusting the hand wheel. Scope of application: It is suitable for
bagging double-sided packaging products such as rice and flour.

3. Features
1. High bagging efficiency: the pre-storage station design is
adopted for bagging, and the bagging speed is fast. First store 4
bags before bagging, reducing the waiting time for bagging when
bagging.

to be loaded into the bag, by adjusting the hand wheel, the product

3. Good bagging effect: This product adopts drop-type bagging,
abandoning the traditional sliding-type bagging. Sending through
the lifting conveyor can reduce the falling stroke of the bag, thus
ensuring the bag shape when the bag falls. The bag feeding conveyor
adopts servo system, which has fast moving speed and low running
noise.
4. Good man-machine interface: easy operation and maintenance. The
equipment has a fault self-test prompt function, and the fault can
be quickly eliminated according to the fault prompt.
